Half-Life 2 was developed by Valve Software and was released on November 16, 2004 for Windows following a 5-year development cycle, and later on Steam and the Xbox. The game gained almost unanimous praise and acclaim for its story, fluidity and the gameplay in general. The game was bundled with Counter-Strike: Source, a remake of a critically-acclaimed total-conversion mod for the original Half-Life. Half-Life 2: Deathmatch was later released via Steam and was free to download for all owners of Half-Life 2. The full game was included in an updated form with The Orange Box compilation for Windows, Steam, Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3.

So I recently got the Orange Box, and tested out TF2 - not top notch, but enjoyable and playable. I suck at it. But enjoyable.

I decide to play Half Life 2 next, and holy crap it was amazing. It runs like a beast. Oneohtrix point never rar.
When I was nearing the end of the first chapter and I was on the roof, I saved, and in the lower right corner, it said A.I. disabled. In result, everything just stood still.
I tried two codes I found by googling the problem, but they didn't work. There was this solution that might seem like it would work :
' Here is the solution for A.I.disabled bug:
Go into your hl2cfg folder, and create a txt file, inside this text file, write the following lines.
ai_norebuildgraph '1'
ai_disable '0'
Save, then rename the text file to ai_fix.cfg, right click the file and set it to read only.
Next, open up valve.rc in notepad, you should see the following
// load the base configuration
//exec default.cfg
// Setup custom controller
exec joystick.cfg
// run a user script file if present
exec autoexec.cfg
//
// stuff command line statements
//
stuffcmds
// display the startup level
startupmenu
under 'exec autoexec.cfg', add this line

Thing is, I don't have a HL2 folder. Just the Steam folder.
